My major gripe about the armor in this expansion, however: I figured I'd transition over to some fisherman's duds for the new setting, but the game wouldn't let me equip my armor on top of any of the new outfits, or add ballistic weave into any of the new hats. Head to a nearby armor station to give them a bit of a spit-shine, if you're so inclined. Again, follow the waypoints and dive down, completing your set of the most powerful non-power armor in the game. The legs are found south of the Children of Atom Shrine, which you should have unlocked if you got curious about joining those wacky cultists. The arms are due east of the Grand Harbor hotel towards the rear of a giant shipwreck. The chest piece and helmet are found south of Rayburn point in a submerged steamer trunk: the waypoint will help you if you get confused. From then, you've just got to hunt down the pieces. ![]() You access the quest through one of the memories in the main story quest "better left forgotten," which will add the new goals into the miscellaneous section on your pip-boy. The new high end armor conveniently comes with a quest for retrieval, labelled "find the marine combat armor." Fairly self explanatory, that one. ![]()
